One Piece: What Will Happen to Straw Hat Pirates at the End?

As a One Piece fan, have you ever wondered What Will Happen to Straw Hat Pirates at the End? Will the Straw Hat Disbend just like the former pirate Gol D. Roger’s crew after fulfilling their captain Monkey D Luffy’s dream of becoming the Pirate King? However, now One Piece is entering its final Saga, where all the mysteries and unanswered questions will be revealed. But as a One Piece fan, we love guessing and speculating about the future. So in this theory let’s imagine what will happen to Straw Hat Pirates after disbanding. 

As we all know, despite being a Pirate king and finding One Piece, each straw hat pirate has his own dream to accomplish. After finding One Piece how they will meet their dream and spend their upcoming will be quite interesting to know or guess.

Who are the Straw Hat Pirates

The word Straw Hat is derived from the Straw Hat that One Piece protagonist Monkey D Luffy wears. Luffy receives the hat from his mentor, Shanks, and treasures it more than his life. As Luffy sets out to become the pirate king soon he begins to gather his crew. Just because of his signature Straw Hat, his crew is referred to as Straw Hat Pirates which Captain Smoker first referred to during Arabasta Arc.

Including Luffy, there are 10 members of the Straw Hat Pirates: Joro, Nami, Ussop, Sanji, Chopper, Robbin, Franky, Brook, and Jinbay. Luffy has recruited his crew members from different islands during his pirate journey to Grand Line. Luffy treats his crew as a friend and wants to save their lives even risking his life, and each Straw Hat would do the same for him. This spirit of standing by each other in adversity is the main strength of Straw Hat Crew setting them apart from the other Pirate groups.

What Will Happen to Straw Hat Jinbe?

Jinbe Will Return Saboady And Turn It Into a Heaven

Jinbe was introduced during the Fishman Island arc and was last to join Straw Hat. As we have seen in the story, how Fish men and merfolk were discriminated against by the humans who live above the sea. World Government capture many FishMen species in order to make them slave or auctioning in the black market—Jinbe dreams of ending all of this and liberating the sea people from this life of slavery.

So after getting One Piece and disbending of straw Hat, Jinbe will return to Sabaody  (Assuming the fate of Fish-Man island is sealed) to live out the rest of his life. There he will continue to fight for the civil rights of Fish-Men, eventually transforming Sabaody into a place where humans and Fish-Men can live in harmony. Jinbe will also wait there to guide the next generation’s potential Pirate King, much like Rayleigh did for Luffy.

What will happen to Straw Hat Brook?

Brook will Return to Red Line and start musical concert with Laboon

At the Thriller Bark, Straw Hats met with Brook, a musician skeleton. After learning about his sad separation from Laboon and his determination to keep a promise made 50 years ago, Luffy invited Brook to join his crew. This is how Brook the Skelton musician becomes Straw Hat whose dream is to meet Labbon his friend fish and make his promise true even after his death.

So when the Straw Hat disbands after getting One Piece Brook will return to the Grand Line to reunite with Laboon and stay over there forever. Brook will start a musical concert to inspire the next generation of pirates with his pirate’s favorite song “Binks’ Sake.

What will happen to Straw Hat Franky?

Franky will return to Water Seven and open a Shipbuilding Company

In One Piece, Franky was passionate about shipbuilding at a very young age. He dreamed of creating an unbreakable battleship, just like his mentor Tom did for Gol D. Roger. However, after designing Thousand Sunny, his dream was almost realized. On the other hand, becoming a Straw Hat allowed him to further this dream as he could adventure while caring for his own built ship. 

After finding One Piece, Franky will return to Water 7, possibly becoming the chief of the Galley-La Company if it still exists.  If not, he will open his own shipbuilding company, where he will design ships for the world’s best pirates, much like his mentor Tom and partner Iceberg. He may also help Iceberg complete the floating island of Water 7 if it has not been finished by then.

What will happen to Straw Hat Nico Robin?

Straw Hat Nico Robin has the saddest backstories in One Piece. Despite thousands of restrictions Robin’s curiosity to learn about ancient history led her to be a scholar in the age of Seven. Unfortunately, her dream of uncovering the black century was crushed at that time. But after twenty years of waiting and escaping with the Navy finally in Alabasta Arc, she gets her true friends with whom she could go in search of real history. 

After disbanding Straw Hat, Robin will try to rebuild Ohara as it is not only her hometown but also the knowledge hub for all over the world. She will open a university where real ancient history can be studied and taught without any fear. In this way, she will fulfil the dream of her mother and the Scholars of Ohara who sacrificed their lives to reveal the true history to the world.

What will happen to Straw Hat Tony Tony Chopper?

Chopper will establish a hospital for all in need

Before meeting Straw Hat Chopper was just a talking reindeer who was a matter of scare for the people. However, he learned medicine from the world’s greatest doctors, Dr. Heruluk and Dr, Kureha. Chooppr’s hidden dreams took flight when Luffy offered him to be part of his straw hat crew. After joining Straw Hat Chopper medicated every injured or sick person who came in front of his way, improving his skills over time.

Chopper wants to find a cure for every disease that is present in the world and many new skills he has learned during the time skip in order to achieve his goal.

After the Straw Hat disband in One Piece, Chopper will establish his hospital possibly with Law where anyone can come to heal. On the other hand, he will teach more and more how to cure people without any self-motive so that nobody will suffer the pain that people suffered on his Drum Island. 

What will happen to Straw Hat Sanji?

Sanji will open a restaurant featuring dishes made with All Blue ingredients

The talented cook of the Straw Hat crew, “Black Leg” Sanji, left the Baratie restaurant and his mentor Zeff to find the finest ingredients from the legendary All Blue. By using this ingredient, Sanji wants to cook the world’s best food as it is the treasure of a world-class chef. However, it is not easy to find such a rare ingredient in the depths of the New World where each step of Straw Hat is full of dangers. Still, we have strong hope that nothing is impossible for Luffy and his Straw Hat Crew.

After disbanding Straw Hat, Sanji will likely open his restaurant perhaps with his wife Pudding. He will cook all the dishes using All Blue ingredients and will become the world’s best chef. In this restaurant, even those people who can’t afford food will also get food. In addition, Sanji will never compromise on food quality, even though it is free.

What will happen to Straw Hat Usopp?

Usopp will return to Syrup Village and become a true storyteller

Usopp, who calls himself “Captain Usopp,” has often been portrayed as the weakest member of the Straw Hat crew. To escape the strong opponents he usually tricks them and somehow defeats them with his cheap and basic attacks. Despite his cowardice, Usopp aspires to be a brave warrior of the sea. And in Annies Lobby he overcomes his many fears by altering ego SogeKing.

After disbanding of the Straw Hat, Usopp will Return to Syrup Village where his friend Kaya and he will marry. Now he will again start telling the stories to the village people but this time he will not be called a liar. As all the stories of him and his brave Straw Hat’s friend will be true. 

What will happen to Straw Hat Nami?

Nami will enjoy her life with treasure and her sister

In Arlong Park Arc we knew why Straw Hat navigator Nami had become a thief and why she was collecting that much treasure. But as the story progresses and Nami’s character starts to take shape we get to know that she has always had a deep love for wealth. Anywhere she finds it she just wants to collect it as much as she can.

However, making a world map is also one of her dreams. So we hope that in the end, Straw Hat will land on Laugh Tale with the help of the world map that Nami will make. Additionally, after getting One Piece, Straw Hat will offer one of the biggest portions of One Piece to Nami as none of them are interested in it.

After getting One Piece and disbanding Straw Hat, Nami will return to her village, Cocoyasi. With her older sister Nojiko, Nami will spend her life peacefully. With a large portion of the One Piece treasure, Nami will no longer have to worry about money. She may also teach the village kids how to draw the maps.

What will happen to Straw Hat Zoro?

Zoro will wait for the next worthy opponent like Mihawk

Roronoa Zoro one of the strongest straw Hats after Luffy dreams of being the world’s best swordsman. Zoro is the first who join Luffy’s crew and till then he is very loyal to his captain.

As we have seen in Baratie how easily Mihawk defeats him and Zoro promises to become more powerful to defeat Mihalk one day. And over time Zoro is ready to confront Mihawlk as he has mastered all three forms of Haki. If it is sure that Luffy is the next Joy Boy and will be the pirate of the king then it is also not doubted that Zoro will become the World’s best Swordsman after defeating Mihawlk.

After the disbandment of the Straw Hat, I think there will be nothing more to do for  Zoro as he doesn’t have any other goal to achieve. Zoro has already accomplished his dream of becoming the world’s best swordsman so I think he will love to do his favorite work, rest. Additionally, he will wait for the next worthy opponent just like Mihawk has done for him.

What will happen to Straw Hat Luffy?

As the Pirate King, Luffy will fight other Yonkos living with his brother Sabo

Throughout One Piece Luffy’s words, “I’m Luffy! The Man Who Will Become the Pirate King!” have echoed and poured a strong belief of love into fan’s hearts. With time and progression in the story, Luffy has proved thousands of times why he deserves his favourite title. Many legends have recognized Luffy as the one who embodies the spirit of Joy Boy and Gol D. Roger.

So, we fans are eagerly waiting for the moment when Mr Oda will write the chapter of Luffy’s Kingdom era. The era where everybody will be free to do anything as this new pirate king dreams to do.

After becoming the pirate king Luffy will live with his brother Sabo and maybe with his wife Hancock. In his kingdom, there will be no restrictions, allowing Luffy to eat as much as he wants. However, as the Pirate King, he will have to defend his kingdom by occasionally fighting other Yonkos of the sea.

As fans, we can only speculate about what will happen to the Straw Hat Pirates and other One Piece characters, but only Oda truly knows. However, I believe we’ll soon start getting answers about what will happen to the Straw Hat and how their journey will end. What has Mr. Oda written in One Piece’s fate? How will it all conclude? Only time will tell.
